 NWA North West Africa
Purchased from Morocco, this stony meteorite fragment lay in the desert for many years thus having a weathering grade between W2 – W3.  Most or all of the fusion crust has been worn away by blowing sand, leaving a polished “desert varnish” look.

A personal note from Mike & Jane

Jane's Space

 My Full time job......

I have taught for 34 years and now retired! The daily challenges were many but I do love to teach so Mike and I still give science and meteorite presentations to schools and planetariums. I like people and have found interacting with meteorite folks from all over the world very enjoyable.

Mike's Space

My space…. Outer space !
My collecting sometimes gets a little out of hand as with my fascination for antique scientific devices, space flown hardware and meteorites. Displaying these treasures in an honorable fashion has been my mission for the past few years. I'm sharing my curation findings for those who also need to defend their collecting passion to their "better half".
